The short version
- Using this board is free, and there is nothing to sign up for.
- We show jobs that employers published elsewhere. We are not the employer and we do not decide who gets hired.
- A posting can close or change before we notice. Treat what you see as a pointer to the employer, not a promise.
- Do not attack the site or harvest it in bulk.
Who these terms are between
Between you and Talentify, the operator of this board. Using the site means these terms apply to you. The full legal entity name and the governing law are confirmed at the pre-launch legal review.
What this board does
It keeps one permanent page per job, per company, per place, and shows whichever real postings are open for it right now. The job information comes from what employers and their systems have published. We tidy it up — cleaning titles and place names, reading pay out of the posting’s own text — and we link you to the employer.
No account, no fee
There is no account to create and no charge to you for using the board. We may ask, on a closed job page, for an email address so we can tell you if that job reopens; that is optional and is described in the privacy policy. That feature does not exist yet.
We are not the employer
Talentify is not the employer, not a recruitment agent for the jobs listed, and not a party to any application you make. Nothing on this board is an offer of employment, and nothing here creates an employment relationship or any obligation on an employer to consider you. Hiring decisions belong entirely to the employer.
Accuracy, and its honest limits
We take the accuracy of these pages seriously. Every figure is either the employer’s own or is labelled as an estimate — pay we could not find in the posting is shown as estimated, and it says so on the page. We never blend the two and we never present a guess as a stated fact. Even so:
- A job can be filled or withdrawn before we detect it. How long that takes depends on how often the source is re-checked, so treat what you see as a pointer to the employer rather than a promise that the job is still open.
- Pay, hours and descriptions are taken from what the employer published. If the employer is wrong or out of date, so are we.
- We do not verify employers, and being listed here is not an endorsement. Treat unexpected requests for money or personal documents during an application with suspicion, wherever they come from.
Applying happens on the employer’s system
The apply button shows you the site you are about to go to, then opens the employer’s own application system in a new tab. From that point their terms and their privacy policy apply, and this board has no part in what happens next. We link out; we do not control what is at the other end.
How you may use the board
You may read it, search it, and share links to any page. You may not:
- copy the board in bulk — scraping, crawling, or automated collection beyond ordinary reading;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
- use the board to send unsolicited messages, or to impersonate anyone;
- republish our pages as if they were your own, or strip out where the information came from.

What belongs to whom
The pages, layout, wording and the way the information is put together belong to Talentify. Job descriptions and company names belong to the employers who published them. Nothing here grants you rights over either.
The site is provided as it is
We work to keep the board available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job is still open. The board is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Talentify is not responsible for losses arising from a job that was already filled, information an employer published wrongly, anything that happens on an employer’s own application system, or the board being unavailable. Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Pages link to employers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Changes, and ending your use
We may change the board and these terms as it develops; the date at the top changes when we do. You can stop using the board at any time. We can restrict access to anyone who breaks the rules above.
