Pilot notice. This board is a closed pilot that search engines are told to ignore. This policy is a draft prepared ahead of a legal and compliance review, which happens before the board is opened to the public. It describes what the software does today.
Privacy policy

The short version
- You do not make an account here. There is nothing to sign up for.
- You can read every job page without giving us anything and without agreeing to anything.
- Measurement — anything that watches how the site is used — is off unless you choose to turn it on. Declining is one click, and you can change your mind from the footer of any page.
- We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not try to identify you across other websites.
- When you apply, you leave this site for the employer’s own application system. What happens there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
Who we are
This board is run by Talentify. The full legal entity name, its registered address, and a contact for data protection questions are confirmed at the pre-launch legal review; until then, write to privacy@talentify.io.
What this board is
It keeps one permanent page per job, per company, per place. When a matching job is open, the page shows the posting and links you to the employer. When nothing is open, the page keeps the record of that job at that company. The job information itself is read live from Talentify’s own job system each time a page is viewed. This board keeps no copy of it.
What we store

What we do not store
- No accounts, no passwords, no profiles, no CVs.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking, and no device fingerprinting.
- No record, anywhere on our side, of which jobs you looked at — unless you turn measurement on.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Measurement, and the choice you are given
The banner asks one question: may we measure how the site is used. Measurement means product analytics — a tool that records which pages are opened and how they are used, so we can see what is broken and what is confusing. Session recording, which replays a visit, is deliberately not switched on; switching it on would be a separate decision.
The answer starts at no. Until you choose, and if you choose to decline, none of it runs. Accept and decline are one click each, side by side. Closing the page is not an answer, so the banner has no dismiss button. You can change your answer at any time from the footer of any page.
The one thing that runs whether or not you accept
Error reports. When a page breaks, a report is sent so we can fix it. It carries the address of the page, the fault itself, and basic information about your browser. Your search is removed from it before it is sent, along with the request headers and cookies. It is not a recording of your visit, it is not used to measure you, and it is switched off completely until an error-reporting key is configured. We treat this as keeping the site working rather than as watching you — and we say so here rather than let you assume Decline stops it.
If session recording is ever switched on, it will run with input masking, so anything typed into a field is hidden before it leaves your browser.
Who processes information for us

Not built yet, and named here so it is not a surprise
A future version of a closed job page will let you ask to be told if that job reopens. When it exists, it will store the email address you give us together with a record of what you agreed to and when, and it will use that address for that one purpose. Every alert email will carry a link that removes you. None of it exists today: there is no email field on any page, and no email address is stored anywhere in this board.
When you apply for a job
Applying does not happen here. The apply button takes you to a step that names the site you are about to go to, and then to the employer’s own application system in a new tab. Two markers travel on that link — utm_source=talentify and utm_medium=jobboard — which tell the employer the visit came from Talentify. They say nothing about you. From the moment you arrive on the employer’s system, their privacy policy applies and this one does not.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used, and to complain to your data protection authority. In practice, this board holds almost nothing to ask about: no account, no profile, and no record of your reading. Write to privacy@talentify.io and we will answer.
Your cookie choice is not held by us at all — it is in your browser. To erase it, clear this site’s data in your browser, or use the change link in the footer to set a different answer.
Children
This board is for people looking for work and is not directed at children.
Where information is handled
Our providers operate internationally, so information may be handled outside the country you are in. The specific transfer arrangements are confirmed at the pre-launch legal review.
Changes to this policy
When what the software does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too.
